Control your anger, it is indispensable
Those who spend in the path of Allah in prosperity and
adversity and who restrain anger and
who pardon men. And virtuous people are dear to Allah. - Surah Al-i'Imran : Verse
No 134
“For every minute you are angry, you lose 60
seconds of happiness.”
If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will
escape a hundred days of sorrow.
