only way to handle things properly is to handle them one by one
05. Don’t take problems to bed.
They are unhealthy companions for good sleep & rest.
06. Don’t take on other people’s problems.
They are better equipped to handle their problems than you.
07. Don’t live in the
past.
It will always be in
your memory, but don’t cling to it. Focus on what’s happening in your life
right now. This will allow you to be happy in the present.
08. Be a good listener.
Only by listening do
we learn to interpret and understand ideas that differ to our own.
09. Don’t let frustration ruin you.
Self-pity interferes with positive action more than anything else. It
prevents us from moving on with our lives.
10. Count your blessings
Keep even the smallest of blessings in your memory. Many smaller blessings can add up to a larger
one.
