৫ বীজ ভালো দাওয়াই

 হার্ট অ্যাটাক, উচ্চ রক্ত চাপ আর খারাপ কোলেস্টেরল রুখতে ৫ বীজ হতে পারে ভালো দাওয়াই

1. Pumpkin seeds:

2. Flaxseed:
Flaxseed per day led to significant reductions in body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol, and blood pressure. Flaxseed contain omega-3 fats, fiber, and other plant compounds. They may help improve digestion and reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.
3. Chia seeds:

How to use:-
• Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp.
• পামকিন সীড ১ টেবিল চামচ
• Chia seeds - 1 Tbsps.
• চীয়া সীড ১ টেবিল চামচ
• Flaxseed powder - 1 Tbsps
• ফ্ল্যাক্স সীড বা তিসি বীজ ১ টেবিল চামচ
• White sesame Seeds - 1 Tbsps.
• সাদা তিল ১ টেবিল চামচ
• Sunflower seeds - 1 Tbsps.
• সূর্যমুখী বীজ ১ টেবিল চামচ
• Black salt or pink salt - as needed
• পিংক সল্ট/বীট নুন যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকু
• Black Pepper powder - as needed
• গোল মরিচের গুঁড়ো সামান্য
• Virgin coconut oil - 1 Tsp.
• ভার্জিন নারকেল তেল ১ চা চামচ
METHOD:-
• To a bowl add all the ingredients.
• Mix well.
• Healthy snack is ready to serve.
• একটা বড় গামলায় সবগুলো বীজ নাও। উপাদানগুলো ভালো করে মিক্স করো। সার্ভ করো।
