Taro root

Also known as elephant ear root, colocasia root is a root vegetable with a starchy texture and mild, nutty flavor. It's a good source of several nutrients, and may offer various health benefits. Here are some of the potential benefits of including colocasia root in your diet:

Rich in nutrients: Colocasia roots are a good source of carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and some vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
May aid digestion: The fiber content in colocasia roots can help promote healthy digestion and prevent constipation.
May support heart health: Potassium is an essential mineral that supports heart health by regulating blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart disease. Colocasia roots are a good source of potassium.
May promote brain function: The vitamin E content in colocasia roots can help protect brain cells from oxidative damage, potentially reducing the risk of cognitive decline.
May help control blood sugar: Though starchy, colocasia root contains fiber and resistant starch, which may help with blood sugar management.
May be good for your gut: The fiber and resistant starch in colocasia root may promote the growth of good gut bacteria.
It's important to note that more research is needed to confirm some of these potential benefits. However, colocasia root can be a healthy and nutritious addition to a balanced diet.

Overripe bananas emit a strong, sweet aroma that attracts pollinators such as bees and butterflies. These creatures are essential for the pollination of many garden plants, improving fruit and vegetable production.
Natural deterrent against parasites The potassium contained in bananas is known to deter some parasites. In addition, banana can distract pests such as aphids and fruit flies from more valuable vegetable crops.

Elephants teach their babies everything from how to stand , how to find food and how to protect themselves . Elephant moms may rock their children to sleep because they have that emotional intelligence to understand and connect with their babies . They also encourage their babies to be whatever they want to be . When elephant babies are born they are normally very shy and like to stay close to mom , but as their moms encourage exploration , they start to get curious and they start exploration . Young elephants are often mimicking their elders and is how they learn and build their own personalities ` overtime.
