Communication is good but the line of Communication should be short and meaningful so that others can understand and effectively and efficiently follow to produce the desired results.
Talking all the time doesn't make useful sense. It only detracts and derails it's effectiveness of communication.
Precisely, it should be acted upon wholly in good faith and spirit. Many a times, more problems arise out of miscommunication. So, speak little and listen more attentively.
