Leave your Comfort Zone

    Do one thing weekly that makes you uncomfortable.

There is no need to jump out of your comfort zone forever and ever. Simply step out into the safe zone and do something that makes you not that comfortable, I.e. picking up a phone and calling somebody that you’ve lost contact with, asking a stranger for advice. By trying things you’re not familiar or comfortable with, you’re able to deal with more difficult tasks.
Watch your posture
A hunched back can result in a lot of pain and headaches. By watching your posture, you train your back muscles to support you better and avoid all the health issues. Plus it literally looks nice.
Learn to say “yes” and learn to say “no”
Some exciting opportunities are always come along with the positive responses. And “No” will help you get rid of things that don’t make you happy or comfortable. We often agree to do something just out of politeness, while not being interested or willing to do it at all. It’s not rude to refuse something that you feel not comfortable to do.
If a task takes less than 5 mins to complete - do it straight away!
If you don’t take 5 mins to do this task, you’ll be probably taking hours to clean all mess up and thinking about that you should have done it early.
