অভ্যাস ভয়ানক জিনিস। একে হঠাত জীবন/স্বভাব থেকে তুলে ফেলা কঠিন!

1. Eating Junk food: Corporations spend millions of dollars to make their processed food more addictive and most people fall prey to it.
2. Complaining: Why me? This victim mindset never helps and if you keep doing this your life will never change. Focus on what’s in your control.
3. Screens in bed: Using your phone or laptop in bed. This will reduce the quality of your sleep and alter your sleep cycle.
4. Unrealistic expectations: Setting goals that are so overwhelming that you can’t even take the first step. Set small and achievable goals to build momentum.
5. Negative people: Stop being around people who don’t appreciate you and always put you down. If you keep hanging around them you will eventually start to believe all the bad things they say.
6. Arrogance: Believing that what you think is always right. This will lead you to stop asking questions and making improvements. Always be willing to learn something new even at the cost of being wrong.
7. Pleasing people: You can’t please everyone, some people are just not going to like you. If you stay in the mindset of living for others you are going to lose on your happiness.
