Raw onions

 Chromium found in onions helps in controlling blood sugar levels. If you are a diabetic patient, then definitely include onions in your diet. Eating onions can increase your urine production and remove bad substances from the body easily. Onion is also considered an aphrodisiac food. It also helps in increasing the production of testosterone in men. Which can improve their sexual performance.

Raw onions are rich in nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They help keep the body cool. You can add lemon juice, mint leaves, salt and pepper to raw onions. Onion raita made with yogurt is cooling and hydrating. It helps in lowering the body temperature. Mix finely chopped onions in yogurt, add a pinch of salt, cumin seeds and chopped coriander. Serve after cooling. Apart from this, you can eat pickled red onions. For this, cut 1 red onion and add red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt to it. Leave it for about 15 minutes. When it is mixed well, you can eat it in a salad.
