EGG YOLKS

 Whichever way they’re cooked, eggs are not good without yolks.

What experts say -
Egg yolks have been demonised, they cause high blood cholesterol level, which can lead to cardiovascular disease, hypertension and stroke. Egg yolk is considered unhealthy because it contains dietary cholesterol, etc.
My limited knowledge -
Egg yolk contains essential nutrients like Vitamin B6, B12, A, D, E and it is high in protein; and I’ve been eating as many as 2 eggs a day in various ways - half boiled, bulls-eye, and omelette.
